CareersCAREER OPPORTUNITIESWe are always seeking new talent in all of our divisions, roofing/waterproofing, carpentry and architectural sheet metal. There are opportunities for trades people, apprentices and labourers. If you wish to pursue a career in the construction trades we can through our human resource department facilitate your enrollment in one of the three trades. Once you join the AQP team the right environment for your career enhancement will be provided to you. On the job training and continuing education courses offered through various trade institutions, BCIT and The Roofing Institute are available to our employees for the upgrading of their skills At AQP it is our desire and philosophy to promote from within. Your ambition for job promotions is only limited by your desire and work ethic. Most of our senior supervisors have risen to their positions by working within the various divisions. A few even started in entry level labour positions and through their determination and job performance were rewarded with frequent promotions.
